      硫化钠及氢硫化钠是最普遍的硫化氢供体,用于硫化氢研究。不过,由于硫化钠及氢硫化钠用水溶解后全部立即都会变成硫化氢(离子),只能产生短暂的的硫化氢刺激。
      GYY4137是P. K. Moore教授研发的一种缓慢释放硫化氢的供体1)GYY4137是水溶性的,在中性水溶液中被水解,持续释放硫化氢。所以,能够确认如果使用硫化钠及氢硫化钠无法观察的血压下降作用及抗癌作用等的效果2-5)
